On 15th November 2018 UNIEP will celebrate its 65th Anniversary.
Many years have passed since the association was founded in 1953, attempting for the first time to enhance cooperation among the European painter associations and to represent the interests of the sector jointly.
This year, UNIEP members and associates will meet up in Strasbourg, France to discuss the issues on file at EU level. In the premises of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, UNIEP members and MEPs will speak over the EU Definition of SMEs, Vocational Training and Apprenticeship, and Standardisation.
MEP Anne Sander will welcome a focusing on VET and access to finance, digitalisation, health and safety on the workplace and the European Labour Authority. Participants will also attend a parliamentary vote in the hemycicle.
