InPaint Platform
In Paint Platform: a tailor-made tool for the Painting trade
The In Paint Platform has born from the Erasmus+ Project InPaint, concluded in September 2019. This Platform represents, among the project’s outputs, the digital tool which will support the profession with constantly updated contents in terms of training and involve the new generation of Painters.
This innovative tool has been conceived for being the first European open access portal entirely dedicated to the Painting and Decorating sector. This collaborative and interactive concept aims at gathering all the existing and useful resources for the Painting and Decorating stakeholders, directly involving the users to share knowledge, training, innovation and skills, in an evolving process for creating best practices and fostering inspiration.
The Platform contains different modules: Resources & Career advices, Work Based Learning Developer (tutor/trainer), E-Learning and News & Events. These modules are the macro categories in which all the possible documentations and tools for the painters or to become a painter will be collected both at National and European level.
The Platform, in line with the project’s objectives, intends to reinforce the cooperation among Professional Associations, their Painting SMEs Members and VET Institutes at National level, to increase the effectiveness of the apprenticeship training with a permanent work with teachers in connection with businesses and to promote the image of the painting sector, attracting and recruiting young painters.
The idea is to get the involvement and the participation of possible Painting stakeholders which could share interesting and useful material through the Platform to all the Painting community in a win-to-win situation.
